Je7 is an online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between je7 and its members.

By using je7's services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, of sound mind, and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement on your own behalf.

Je7 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

• These Terms are published in Bengali; however, the English version shall prevail for all legal interpretation purposes.
• je7 reserves the right to refuse registration or service to any individual.
• If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be in full effect.

To open an account with je7, you must provide accurate and complete information. The name, address, and contact details submitted at registration must be genuine. Providing false information may result in your account being terminated at any time.

You will be required to create a strong password at registration. You are solely responsible for the security of your account. je7 will not be held liable for any unauthorised access to your account.

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• A valid mobile number and email address are required
• You must have a bank account or mobile banking registered in your own name
• Must be a resident of Bangladesh

Je7 may verify your identity in certain circumstances. This is done to prevent money laundering and ensure platform security. You may be required to submit any one of the following documents for identity verification.

Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete. This is done solely for your security.

Je7 supports multiple deposit methods including Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. Specific minimum and maximum limits apply to each payment method.

Je7 only accepts payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and any such transactions will be returned.

• je7 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• If your deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, please contact support.
• Deposits cannot be refunded once processed.

The minimum withdrawal from je7 is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for your registered account.

Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Larger amounts may require additional verification. Some delays may occur during peak periods.

• Your account must be fully verified before withdrawals can be processed.
• Additional verification may be required for larger withdrawal amounts.
• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once submitted.
• je7 may place a hold on withdrawals if fraudulent transactions are detected.

Je7 regularly offers various bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has specific terms detailed on the relevant offer page. By claiming a bonus, you are deemed to have accepted the associated terms and conditions.

Wagering requirements indicate how many times the bonus amount must be wagered. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you need to place ৳10,000 in bets.

• Bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Accounts found to be abusing bonuses (including arbitrage or multi-accounting) will be suspended.
• je7 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• To receive a referral bonus, the referred person must complete their first deposit.

Once a bet is accepted on je7, it cannot be changed or cancelled. The specific rules applicable to each bet are detailed on je7's betting page.

If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for any bet placed on that event will be refunded. In an accumulator bet, a cancelled match will be counted as odds of 1.0.

• je7 reserves the right to decline any unusual or suspicious bets.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided.
• During live betting, bets may not be accepted if you experience internet connectivity issues.
• Maximum winnings may vary depending on the specific event.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the je7 platform. Engaging in any of them will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of all funds in the account.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse or arbitrage betting
• Opening an account using a false identity or fraudulent information
• Using a third party's account or payment method
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Defrauding or harassing other members

You may close your je7 account at any time. Please withdraw your remaining balance before doing so. Any bonuses in the account will be automatically cancelled upon closure.

Je7 may temporarily or permanently suspend any account for the following reasons.

• If terms are violated
• Upon evidence of fraudulent activity
• If identity verification fails
• As directed by legal authorities
• Extended inactivity (12 months)

If a permanently closed account holds a valid balance, it will be refunded after verification. However, funds in accounts closed due to fraudulent activity may be forfeited.

Je7 may amend these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or SMS in advance.

Any dispute will first be addressed through je7's customer service team. If the support team is unable to resolve the matter, it will be escalated to the management level.

• All previous versions are automatically considered null and void.
• Disputes will be governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
